My dog is shaking, won't eat, sneezing, and hiding. What's wrong?

I don’t know what is wrong with my dog, he is shaking, moaning, won’t eat or drink like he looks scared of it, he’s kind of sneezing a lot at different times and he tries to hide. He calms down when I pet him but when I stop he starts sneezing or something again. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 5 lbs
