hi !! today my dog gets a cystoscentesis but the person who did it was not good at it. she where inserting the needle wrong and she was using a ultrasound but still. she tried to get urine like 5 times, there were a little bit of blood coming out in the skin after she pulled out the needle.the mentor told her to fix the angle she was positioning the needle and also, she said that the needle cannot be redirected. but ii don't know didn't. I am worried, how often cystos have secondary effects?

As a very thin needle is used it's very very rare to have any kind of secondary effect after an unsuccessful cystoscentesis, i understand it does not look good and it can be scary when you do not know what could be the consequences, but you have very little to worry about.
