What muscles are between my dog's paw toes? Can they get inflamed?

I wanted to know if there is a muscle or organ in the area between my fingers in the pictures? Also can it become inflamed? My dog had a stone that was removed that can be seen in my gallery. Dogs can hurt in that locations from a muscle strain or sprain or if they hurt their back a peripheral nerve radiates down the fore limb. If Ladidadi is painful, not jumping, walking slowly she would benefit from an exam. if her neck or back hurts I treat that with pain medications, muscle relaxants and anti-inflammatories.
