How to ship or fly my African Gray parrot for a long trip?

I am going on vacation for a few month need to take my African Gray no airlines so far want to accept him. So how can I ship/ fly him. Can not leave him Any ideas please share. Thank you. Pet's info: Bird | African Grey | Female
