Is it normal for a 5-month-old tabby kitten to still have blue eyes?

Hello. I own a 5 month old tabby kitten the his eyes are still blue is this normal(he is not blind)

Jos's eyes do not appear normal. The cornea appears opaque and I suspect there is abnormality present. This may or may not be congenital and it may or may not require treatment and I recommend to have her examined by the veterinarian. Please feel free to post any additional questions.
