My dog feels hot and tired. Is it a fever? Should I see a vet?

My dog has hot nose, mouth and ears and a depressed mood. He is usually pulling on the lead jumping everywhere on his walk but he could barely keep up with me. I’m wondering if this is maybe a fever or something and if I should take him to the vet? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 63 lbs

Yes, I recommend to play it safe and have Burt examined by the veterinarian. Just like humans, there are many things which may make him feel sick. A physical exam is needed to begin the process.
