This could be due to a trauma or possibly to a infection (respiratory or oral infection). A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.     Your hen may have coccidiosis, which is an intestinal parasite which causes this kind of bleeding. Ask your veterinarian for a medication against coccidiosis, such as amprolium. You may also be able to get it from your pharmacist over the counter in Pakistan and treat all your chickens.
