Why is my dog's bald black spot on her leg growing after shots?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 8 years and 5 months old | 15 lbs

My shipoo has a black spot on her leg that hair is missing from I noticed it a few days ago but she is acting normal. She got her shots by you August 10 and was groomed August 25 my groomer told me she saw it st that time but it was very small now it’s big I’m being told that it’s probsbly the shot that she received saying the needle probsbly went under the shin

Yes, it is possible that this is a spot of reaction where the needle has gone in and the vaccine has been injected. If that is the case it should not progress any further, but it is possible that it will remain the same (bald, black spot).
