I am so sorry to hear about Mocha's problems. There can be many different causes for vomiting in dogs, ranging form ingestion of a foreign object that is causing a blockage of the intestines, to an infection with a virus or bacteria, to problems with internal organs like kidneys or pancreas. If your dog has been vomiting all week, I would recommend bringing Mocha into her vet for an exam as soon as possible. The vet will do a physical examination and get a thorough history, and then based on their findings they may recommend testing such as an x-ray, or may do treatments such as injections to decrease nausea.
