I have been feeding my puppy the BARF diet. A friend told me it's not healthy but I've done research on how it has alot of benefits. Should I keep feeding him Raw food? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 14 days old | 15 lbs

While a raw diet does have increased risk of exposure to bacteria and parasites, if you prepare it properly (or purchase from reputable sources) and practice basic hygiene then you and your pup should be fine. If Blue is doing well on it (eating well, gaining weight, no GI issues, etc), then there is no reason to transition him to a more traditional diet. Discuss any additional concerns with your veterinarian at Blue's next vaccine appointment.
