Dog has worms, won't eat, tired after worm pill. What should I do?

My dog has worms and we just noticed them yesterday. Since we noticed she has been refusing food, acting tired, and just mopey most of the day. I gave her a tablet for worms. What should i do? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 10 days old | 80 lbs

Izzy may have a heavy burden of worms causing her to feel ill. Try offering her some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts. If she refuses to eat this or is still acting this way in the morning, take her into the vet.
