My dog's eye growth is getting larger. Should I be concerned?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 73 lbs

Max has developed a growth on his right eye. We took him to the local vet but they did not know what it was. The growth has gotten bigger over the last month. Does not appear to impair his vision Should we be concerned?

I would recommend taking him to your vet and have this growth remove surgically because of the problematic anatomical location, if it gets bigger it will start causing problem and will be much harder to remove surgically.
