How would I know if my cat is dieing?

You would see signs such as lethargy, weight loss, refuses to eat and drinking, and overall looking terrible. Dying is not a pain free process, so if you are afraid Summer is dying, please take her into a vet immediately.

Signs of a cat dying can include not eating or drinking, urinary and/or fecal incontinence, difficult or labored breathing, weakness, a drop in body temperature, and severe lethargy. If Gordis is showing any of these signs, please take him into a vet immediately. Dying is not a pain free process, and a vet has the ability to help him pass without any further pain and suffering. Letting him go with humane euthanasia would be the best option for him if he is dying. I hope this helps.
