Why is my dog suddenly licking herself, peeing inside, and not jumping?

My dog keeps licking her genitals and is making accidents in her bed and rug. Also a few days isn't jumping up on chair. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 14 lbs

As I said when you posted previously, I'd be concerned Pebble has a UTI or bladder stones causing her to lick her genitals and urinate in the home. She could have pain and that is preventing her from jumping on the chair. The experts here cannot diagnose anything without seeing the animal in person, and the best thing for her is to take her into the vet in the morning. Best of luck.
