Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 6 lbs
I have found a stray cat in a horrible condition of what it seems to be stomatitis. He is severely dehydrated and he is drooling blood. He refuses to eat or drink because of the pain so I managed to find a way to feed him with a syringe without hurting him. I am also administering some IV fluids. We unfortunately don't have vets where I live. And I believe the cat needs Anti-inflammatory and Antibiotic meds. Is there something I could find in my local pharmacy?

Yes, your suspicion is right, Antibiotics are likely to be needed. Unfortunately without prescription it is going to be difficult to obtain any antibiotic and we are not allowed to make any prescription through this platform. You can try to see fi they have any antiseptic oral gel/solution designed for animals (like this one https://www.petdrugsonline.co.uk/pet-dent-antibacterial-mouth-gel).
