Recently the doctor found out that my dog is having Ascites and is under medication and Saline. But he haven't ate anything for 2 days. His stomach is still big and the water isn't out from his body.. His Saline includes Sodium Chloride and Dextrose now I am worried because someone told salt is harmful and that his water isn't out from him stomach makes me feel sad.. Any advice Doc?

Too much salt is harmful yes, but sodium chloride in the saline is absolutely safe. There is no need to worry about that at all. The continued ascites is a worry, however, and I'm sure Jack's vet is doing everything possible for him. I hope he feels better soon!
