Should I be concerned about a lump or growth on my dog's elbow?

This is the same question about my dog and a growth on his elbow. I did try to attach a picture but I dont known why the picture did not attach. I am going to reattempt attaching however if there is no picture this time, then no reply is necessary. thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 10 years and 8 months old | 78 lbs

It could just be a benign growth, but I really cannot diagnose from a picture. I'd need a sample to examine the cells under a microscope. You can ask your vet to send off a biopsy of it to a lab to get an exact diagnosis.
