What is this hard bump on my cat's jawline? Is it a bone spur?

I have noticed a while ago that my cat has a small bump on the edue of his jaw line . I guess I would describe it as feeling like a bone spur. It does not bother him. I attached a picture and the spur is about 3/4 way forward from the back of his mouth. Right on the very edge of jaw line where the white fur ends. It's almost like a finish nail or pin head. Do you have any idea what this is? Is it a bump on his bone he was born with? Thanks Blessings to everyone there. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | 4 years and 6 months old | 21 lbs

It's hard to see from the picture, and this is likely something that is better felt than seen on a picture. Because I can't see Snoops in person, I do think it's a good idea to get it checked by a vet to be safe. I hope this helps!
