How do I feed abandoned kittens that won't eat and meow a lot?

Hello, my cat left their kittens now im feeding them but they are not accepting it also they meow alot, i dont know how to deal with it, is it normal? will they get used to me ? and are some drops of milk can keep them alive? Thankyou in advance

Depending on the age of these kittens, they have to be fed quite frequently. Meowing a lot can be sign that they aren't getting enough to eat.
