Is my dog's ALT of 82 normal? Will cephalexin hurt his liver?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 10 months old

As I said my dog was having red rash and vet prescribed cephalexin 500mg twice a day and I started from 29th evening I gave him 1 pill and in 30th two and today 1 till now total he had 4 pills and red rash is going away now so I going to to do course of 21 days with twice a day pill and he had blood test where his creatinine came normal and ALT came 82 so what is the normal bio reference range of ALT in dogs and doing course of cephalexin will affect his liver or not ? which silymarin shall give

Normal ALT range for dogs is 20-98. Bruno's level is normal. Give him ALL the cephalexin as directed by your vet until it is gone. Do not stop giving it just because you think the skin looks better. You are overly worried about the cephalexin causing liver problems - that is EXTREMELY rare. It is not necessary to give Bruno Silymarin but if you want to give it you can. The Canitone is better to give as it specific for dogs.
