Why is my dog's fur oily on her neck, back, and ears? Is it normal?

I noticed some parts of my dogs fur is oily. Sometimes its on her neck sometimes its on her lower back and sometimes its on her ear. Do they secrete that much oil on their body? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 5 days old

Hello, Yes, it's possible this may either be normal oily skin secretions. It may be that she is rolling in something oily as well.
