What is this lump on my dog's neck? Is it dangerous or an emergency?

We have notice this unusual lump on the back of my dogs neck at the left hand side we are unsure what this is and is this is dangerous and needs immediate vet appointment would you be able to give me ideas of what this could possibly be. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 9 months old

It is most likely a cyst or a wart. Probably benign but since it is irritated/bleeding you should have your vet take a look at it. It's not an emergency just have him seen sometime in the next few days.
