My dog is itching and has growths. Could these be early cancer signs?

Hello my name is Hector, and I live in Norfolk va, I just recently moved up here and my dog started to itch a lot ,I have taken him bath ect , but I noticed something that came out on his ear and legs, so I did a little research and I think he is starting to get early cancer, look at these pics see if I'm right or I'm wrong, please help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 2 months old | 50 lbs

Hello, It's possible that the growth could be a type of cancer, but it could also be something benign. I'd recommend taking Sleepy to his veterinarian when possible.
