Hi My 1yr old dog jumped out of a 3 story building 5mths ago. At first she wasn’t moving her back legs but she started bit by bit and now her legs function properly but I don’t think she knows and doesn’t try to use them. However, as I observed her back seems to be the problem as it is not strong enough for her to actually get up and stand. Her back hasn’t improved and I spoke to my vet here in Ethiopia and since the resources for therapy here are non existant he advised me to put her down.

I'm sorry but I agree with your vet. If the resources are not available to help her it is cruel to keep her alive. Just because she doesn't seem in pain to you does not mean she is not in pain. Animals do not manifest pain in the same ways we do. They are not going to lay around and whine and complain and cry like a human. They have instincts that are strong so they will try to continue on and drag themselves around even if it hurts. This is going to be a lifetime of heartache and pain for this dog. Humane euthanasia is the kindest thing to do in my opinion. So sorry to say this. I know you have tried your best to help her.
