Why does my cat keep getting ringworm and how can I stop it?

Ringworm keeps attacking my cat. Once, on her ear but has recover. Now below her armpit. How do I help her to recover from ringworm? What kind of bath should I do her? Medication? And she already had an injection by a Vet. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 8 months old

That's because ringworm spores live up to 18 months in the environment, so if you don't disinfect it, it will be a continuing source of ringworm.
