My dog has constant ear infections. Can surgery be a permanent fix?

Hey my dog kaya keeps having ear infections and the vets office I take her to have tired all kinds of different medications but the ear infection keeps coming back. I was wondering if dogs can have ear tubes put in their ears?

Hello, The surgical procedure to cure chronic ear infections in dogs is called a TECABO, which is a bit different than the tube placements they use in people.
