Is apple cider vinegar safe for my cat's ear yeast infection?

My cat has a yeast infection in his ear, we have tried Conzol 1% he still has it, I have spent so much on vets for this that I am broke, I heard that I can use apple cider vinegar I need to know how often. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 11 lbs
