Got a new dog Lhasa apso breed, 3yrs age. Need help with diet plan and also she seems a bit depressed and lonely. Please help

First off, I would have her seen by a vet. She may be lethargic because she is sick, and she needs a health check. As for food, I'd feed her either Royal Canin, Hill's Science Diet, Purina ProPlan, or Iams.
