Can you tell me if my cat has diabestes please? Let me tell you some of his symptoms: 1: Excessive thirst. 2: Reduced vision. 3: Change in behaviour. 4: Difficuilty seeing nearby objects. 5:Unusual smelling urine. 6: Dizziness.

Hello, It does sound like Cheeky has many clinical signs of diabetes, but they could also be signs of kidney disease. I'd recommend having Cheeky's blood and urine tested.
