My cat is very thirsty, dizzy, and has vision issues. Is it diabetes?

Pet's info: Cat | Russian Blue | Male | neutered | 5 years and 3 months old

Can you tell me if my cat has diabestes please? Let me tell you some of his symptoms: 1: Excessive thirst. 2: Reduced vision. 3: Change in behaviour. 4: Difficuilty seeing nearby objects. 5:Unusual smelling urine. 6: Dizziness.

Hello, It does sound like Cheeky has many clinical signs of diabetes, but they could also be signs of kidney disease. I'd recommend having Cheeky's blood and urine tested.
