My dog's ear was bitten a week ago, now red. What should I do?

My dog got bit in the ear a week ago by a dog. It’s not bleeding not just red. What should I do?

It seems a small trauma, which is healing fine and at the moment (looking at the pic) I cannot see any sign of infection. Disinfection can be done at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths. Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any scratching (if any).
