My dog accidentally ate my human blood pressure pill. What now?

My dog accidentally ingested one of my blood pressure pills - 25mg of spironolactone hctz. What should I do?

This is actually a quite safe dose and should not cause severe side effects as long as Jet is not taking any other medication and is healthy otherwise. It can cause lower blood pressure and increased urination. I would monitor him for the next 12-24 hours and if you notice any abnormal sign like no urination, increased thirst, vomiting, diarrhoea, lethargy (and any other sign), I would recommend an immediate check up.
