Why is my older Lab not eating and vomiting after new puppy?

Hi, I got a Lab pup 1 week ago and I also have a 4 year old lab, since weve brought the pup home its been hard to get the older dog to eat, she just walks away from her food but the pup eats and drinks fine, could this be down to the pup giving the dog an illness or will it be because she is jealous? The older lab has been sick once today, it was yellow and smelled of stomach bile. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 3 years and 6 months old | 55 lbs
