My pigeon won't eat or drink and refuses to sit. Is she seriously ill?

My pigeon is not eating anything except human food. She refuses to eat seeds . and refuses to drink water. From Past 3 days She poops a little only . I don't know what happened to her. She refuses to sit. She usually sits flat but now she refuses to sit. Plzz tell me what to do. What happened to her??? Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female
