My dog scratches ears, grinds teeth. Could it be an ear infection?

Hi. I've got 3 year old staffy. I cant take her out for walk as she lies on floor scratching a lot especially ears I can hear her teeth grits. Pet's info: Dog | American Staffordshire Terrier | Female | unspayed | 30 lbs

It sounds like Rose is uncomfortable. It's possible she has an ear infection and this could be hurting her. I recommend to have her examined by the veterinarian within the next 24 hours.
