Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 21 lbs
My dog recently visited the vets and was given maropitant injection and amoxicillin injection after eating a foreign body , the vet told me to feed her a bland diet of pasta / scrambled egg since I have her that 24hrs ago she hasn’t pooped yet (note: she was pooping fine before vet visit) she is still eating and drinking and has a high appetite . Could this be off the food chance or the injections ? Or should I be worried

It could be either the food or the injections or a combination of both. It is OK that she hasn't passed any stool. I would not be overly worried since she is eating well and acting otherwise normally. Just keep monitoring her and call your vet if she hasn't passed any stools after 72 hours.
