My hamster is barely moving, like hibernating, and has a lump. Why?

My hamster isn't really moving but he is breathing and his heart is beating. It's kinda like he is hybernating but I don't really know. He also has a knot that's kinda big between his penis and butt. I don't know how old he is but his name is Stark and he belongs to my 5 yr old daughter.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear this about Stark. I worry that his laying without moving could be a sign of extreme weakness. The knot near his genitals could be a tumor or sign of infection. I'd recommend taking Stark to his veterinarian as soon as possible for an assessment. They will be able to guide you best after a physical exam. I hope this helps.
