Dog peeing, anxious with new puppies. How to help them get along?

Hi there, me and my girlfriend have a male shitzu and we took in 2 Balinese puppies yesterday. One's a male and one's a female. Now, our shitzu is peeing everywhere (being territorial) and he starts crying and biting himself out of nowhere (acting crazy). The puppies are playing with each other but don't play with the shitzu yet although they did have some small interactions. How should we proceed to turn all the dogs into buddies and make this work? This may be more difficult because Gembul is not neutered. Dogs who are not neutered tend to be more reactive than dogs who are. Getting him neutered may help to make things easier in the long run.
