Pet's info: Cat | Manx | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 26 days old | 7 lbs
Hello, My name is Francys and I have been caring for my kitten for about 4 months soon to be 5 months, he was born with a short tail i believe he’s called a manx cat. But it seems to be more than that. He walks with a curved back and his tail seems to be twisted up a bit weirdly. Ever since i got him his tail has been shifting more to the right side. I wonder if it’s really serious. And if i have to take him in for surgery. Or if it is normal for my manx cat to struggle a little bit?

Manx cats, due to their genetically short tails, can sometimes have problems with their lower spine that can cause walking, tail issues, incontinence etc. It is a good idea to bring Tigger into your vet to have him examined to make sure there aren't any issues or problems that can be addressed to help him feel more comfortable if he's having any trouble.
