Why is my dog suddenly stumbling, falling, and shaking his head?

My mix border collie husky was looking out the window and couldnt walk back to me. His front legs were walking over each other and falling down. His head was doing weird movements. Hes not fixed and hasn't seen a vet he's 1 and a half. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered

I don't see how looking out the window and the drunk walking are related to each other. If he has never seen a vet I would be worried he could have one of the dog viruses that causes neurological signs. The other option is that he ingested a toxin of some sort. He really needs to see a vet. Neurological signs are never good.
