When can I introduce new cats to my cats after roundworm treatment?

We took in a momma cat and 2 babies (3 months old). They were strays living in an abandoned garage. Took them to the vet on Monday and tested positive for roundworm. Vet gave them an oral treatment and then sent us home with Revolution to give in 3 to 4 weeks. We also have 2 indoor cats we have had for 2 years. We have been keeping them all separated. When can we start introducing all these cats without putting our indoor kitties at risk of the roundworm? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered
