My 5-month-old pitbull has a rash on her lower abdomen. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 11 days old | 38 lbs

Female pitbull who is 5 months old started with this rash like bumps on her lower abdomen. It’s where her belly creases when she lays or sits so I thought maybe it was from sweating and it being hot out. Would like to know if it’s something more serious

No, it does not look serious. It looks like a superficial skin infection. I suggest you use these medicated pads on the affected area(s) once or twice a day. If after about 7-10 days there is only minimal or no improvement then I suggest you have a vet check her out.
