Why is my pit bull licking his red testicles, not eating, or sitting?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 1 day old | 45 lbs

My pit is 9 months old and his weight is 30kg . He has problem in his testicles. His testicles turn into red color and he is licking his testicles again and again. And he even has a problem in sitting. He is not eating like usal . The problem arises from 1 week and he has also little wounds on his back legs. He is licking it all day

This is scrotal dermatitis - an infection of the scrotum. You need to stop him from licking the scrotum or it won't get better. You also need to apply a topical antibiotic cream. Since you did not provide your accurate location I cannot recommend any specific products for you to use.
