Jojoba cream not helping my dog's skin infection. What should I use?

My dog has this skin condition what are the best medication for this her vet only gave her JOJOBA cream but its improvement with this cream is not that fast. Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 15 days old | 41.89 lbs
