My dog is vomiting constantly with watery stool. What should I do?

My dog is constantly vomiting since yesterday. I tried to make him drink probiotic drinks with vitamin c since that's what I saw in the internet. I checked his stool and it's watery since he just drinks water. What happened to him and what shall I do? Thank you for your help! I need it very much. Thank you thank you!
