My frenchie has a growth on his tail that has continuously grown over the past few weeks. He doesn’t have any pain and doesn’t act bothered when I touch it. What is it? Should I have it removed? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | neutered | 5 months and 10 days old | 30 lbs
