Why is one of my parakeets acting weird? What safe treats can I give?

I have two parakeets and one is acting weird it started to change like it isn’t as friendly and the other one and so friendly. I also need answers on what’s safe to have them eat for a treat or for fruits, are like freeze dried strawberries ok? Or anything else I just really need answers. Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Male

Thanks for reaching out. Are these birds becoming more mature, therefore hierachy changing, or competition over food, perches, territory? The daily diet should consist of some seed but also fresh vegetables (all), a protein source such as cooked beans/tofu, therefore treats can be fruit (dried, fresh). Good luck.
