Puppy vomiting clear fluid & grass after food change. Is she okay?

A little follow up to puppy bending a tiny bit sick morning after last shot. She vomited up tiny bit of clear fluid and has now vomited up grass. Her food did recently change a bit: Hill’s science brand changed up its look, still puppy food. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 9 years and 5 months old | 16 lbs

Hey there, Okay, I think Hazel is likely fine. If she becomes depressed, inactive, and doesn't want to eat, call her vet on the emergency line. If she is still acting normally, you can just continue to watch her for now. Many dogs are sensitive to rapid food changes- in the future, try to slowly switch foods over several days.
