My turtle hatched early, has stomach lump, won't eat. Is this normal?

I think the little guy was hatched prematurely. This is on his stomach and he won’t eat anything. Is this normal?

Hello, No, this does not appear normal. I'm concerned that the thing on his stomach could be a serious congenital or developmental defect. If that is the case, he will likely have a short lifespan. I hope this helps. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
