My dog stopped vomiting. How do I reintroduce food and normal diet?

This is an update to my previous ask; Rose has now since been able to keep water and food down without vommiting. I have reintroduced both things in small intervals to ensure she doesn't intake too fast. I was wondering if there is any advice on how I should go about this, and how long, before allowing her usual food routine to return to normal. As well, I'm pretty sure the cause of this was the introduction of a new treat she hasn't had before. I think it was just a bad batch of treats. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 9 years and 8 months old | 6 lbs

Poor Rose. I'm glad she can keep food and water down now. I'd start by offering her small amounts of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice a couple of times a day for several days. Then start adding back in her normal diet.
