How to tell if my cat is a boy or a girl after a month?

Unsure the gender of my cat. Been keep the kitty for more than a month now, and we have been treating him/her like a boy. But im actually very not sure if he is actually a girl!

It's hard to say for certain from the pictures, but I think this kitty may be a girl. At a couple months old, you should be able to feel testicles within the scrotum which is under the slit for a penis/vulva. If you can't gently feel testicles, then it's most likely a female, or possibly a male whose testicles did not descend.

    Based on the picture, I would suspect that Kittu is a male since it appears that he has a penis and what I suspect are 2 testicles above that (closer to his tail). Male cats normally keep their penis inside the prepuce, so it is not normally visible. I hope that was helpful. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
